Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All sauna sessions must be booked online in advance so we can manage capacity and deliver a calm, on time experience.
Can I book for more than one person?
Yes. Choose the number of spaces you want during checkout. If you are booking a private sauna, book all spaces available for that session (up to the stated capacity).
Can I book multiple sessions back to back?
Yes, if availability allows. Back to back sessions are ideal if you want a longer heat cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments online. We do not take cash on site.
How long is a session?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. This includes time to change before and after, so please plan your heat and cold time within your session slot.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your slot so you can get changed and start on time.
What happens if I am late?
To be fair to the next booking, sessions still end at the scheduled time. If you are late, you will have less time in the sauna.

What should I wear in the sauna?
Swimwear is required for all sessions.
Do you provide towels or water?
If towels or water are included, it will be stated on your booking page. Otherwise, please bring your own.

Can I bring glass?
No glass in or around the sauna area.
