A few practical things to know before your session. The operator will give you a full briefing when you arrive.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday from June 2026. Sessions are one hour. Arrive 10 minutes early to change and settle in.
Facilities
Wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, and indoor changing on site. HERD cafe is open on session days for hot drinks and food.
What to bring
Swimwear, a large towel for drying, a smaller towel for the bench, flip-flops, and a water bottle.
